Dagestan authorities face the problem of increasing energy consumption. According to the Minister of Energy and Tariffs, Marat Shikhaliyev, consumption has grown by 25% in the past three years. In 2024, consumption growth was 7.6%, while in June it was 14% compared to the previous year. Dagestan is seeking federal support to implement program measures that can help to address this issue.
