The two-day Digital Forum, scheduled for October 30th and 31st, commenced with the arrival of Sergei Melikov, Head of Dagestan.  Melikov will contribute to a panel discussion focusing on the digital transformation experiences within Caspian Region countries.

A highlight of the forum is an International Hackathon, providing a platform for IT professionals to conceive and develop innovative software solutions addressing contemporary challenges in digital economics, public administration, and social services.

Forum discussions will encompass a wide range of pertinent topics, including: the digital transformation journeys of Caspian nations; advancements in the remote sensing market and its applications for resolving issues within the Caspian Sea; strategies for mitigating the proliferation of deepfakes; the expansion of online marketplaces; and other relevant subject matter.
