The output of the agricultural sector in Dagestan amounted to RUB 125.5 billion with a 111.1% growth index. The republic occupies the ninth position among the constituent entities of the country in terms of sectoral development indicators.

Remarkable growth rates were achieved in:

- vegetable production - 114%;
- fruit production - 118%.

The gross grain harvest exceeded 500 thousand tons. The sector of raw materials also demonstrated an increase in production, with 64.5 thousand tons of fruit harvested, representing a 50% increase compared to 2023 and 10% more vegetables harvested at 119 thousand tons.
