The upcoming opening of a contemporary data processing center in Dagestan is scheduled for autumn 2026.

The data center as a significant stride towards ensuring robust data storage and processing, bolstering Dagestan's digital infrastructure and expediting the transition to digital technologies in key economic sectors. The project, to be situated in the village of Andy, Khasavyurt district, entails the deployment of equipment accommodating 500-2000 server racks.

This undertaking is expected to generate more than 30 new engineering and technical positions. The project's initial phase necessitates at least 44 server racks, with each consuming 5 kW to function effectively. The technical alterations for the modernization of the Sulak high-voltage substation (110 kV) have been agreed upon and the first stage's maximum capacity for connection will be 4.98 MW.

The regional Ministry of Construction currently evaluates the prospect of transferring the second stage of construction work to the management of the State Unitary Enterprise "Clean Water". Upon the completion of requisite procedures, Key Point Group LLC will provide the technical specifications for connection. The same company has received technical specifications for connection to the primary water supply "Kizilyurt – Khasavyurt".

Sergey Rubtsov, CEO of Key Point Group LLC, underscored the project's significance for the development of Dagestan's digital economy. The completion of the first stage of the data center is scheduled for the end of August 2026, with commissioning slated for the autumn of the same year.
