The industrial mortgages in Dagestan will allow shoe factories to build turnkey production facilities, the expert on investment policy of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives across the North Caucasian Federal District Djamilya Melesova says.

As to Melesova, there are programs nowadays in the republic that provide subsidies and grant loans to enterprises for the purchase of equipment but the comprehensive approach has used for the first time.

"If the conditions for the entrepreneur are acceptable and the implementation of the industrial mortgage program is possible at all, it will of course bring growth to the economy. There are 6 large shoe manufacturers in Dagestan, employing 500-700 people. These companies are ready to take out industrial mortgages " - Melesova added.
