Ideal for moments when speaking is inconvenient—like in a meeting or on public transport—this feature allows users to answer a call via text. By declining an incoming call, subscribers receive a push notification to switch to a dialog chat. Here, an AI assistant transcribes the caller's speech in real-time and suggests contextual replies. The user can then select a pre-written response or type their own, which the AI will instantly voice to the caller.

Record and Transcribe Conversations: The "Intelligent Call Recording" Service

Eliminating the need for frantic note-taking, this feature automatically records both incoming and outgoing calls. According to an MTS survey, 53% of subscribers take notes during calls to remember important details. This service provides users with both an audio recording and a text transcript, which are securely saved in the "My MTS" application for later review. Users have full control and can manually delete any recording.
