The area for the proposed construction is 68.6 hectares. Additionally, the possibility of providing necessary engineering infrastructure and the construction of a bypass road is considered. Previously, it was proposed to create an industrial park on this site called "Aurora". Within this park, it is planned to construct a logistics center worth RUB 8 billion. This center will include trade and exhibition centers, production facilities a customs terminal, office and hotel complexes, motels for drivers, car service stations and other necessary infrastructure. The project will create approximately 600 new jobs.

Avadan TLC, in Derbent district.

The total construction area is 111 hectares. In order to ensure traffic accessibility, design documentation has been developed and a positive opinion from the State Expert Review Board has been obtained for the reconstruction of the road with a four-lane transition and traffic separation. The project is scheduled to be launched in 2025-2026.
