Gasan Osmanov, deputy of the People's Assembly of the Republic of Dagestan, met with Arsen Khasanov, a talented young artist. The meeting took place in the premises of the Public Support Department of United Russia Party in Makhachkala.
During their conversation, Osmanov proposed the idea of establishing an inclusive animation school for children with special needs. The school would operate on the basis of equality, providing children with disabilities with an opportunity to learn the basics of animation and express themselves artistically.
“Arsen's energy and enthusiasm are truly inspiring. This potential must be harnessed, and we are contemplating creating a school that would serve as a hub for the development of talent. Thanks to Arsen's artistic background, which was nurtured by his mother, this initiative is poised to be a remarkable success” - the deputy said.
The establishment of the school is being conceptualized within the framework of the public support center affiliated with the United Russia political party. The concept of establishing such an institution has already garnered significant interest among attendees at the exhibition, with individuals actively lobbying for the project's implementation.
