The State Expertise of projects in Dagestan has become one of the pilot organizations in Russia that have started implementing the new Digital Normocontrol information platform aimed at digitizing the construction industry.

The service, which experts from the State Expertise of Dagestan got familiarized with at a training webinar conducted by the Artificial Intelligence Center of SBO Mosstroyinform, is designed to significantly simplify and speed up the process of regulatory control in project documentation.

Digital Normocontrol, powered by artificial intelligence, significantly accelerates the review process for construction documentation. By rapidly identifying errors and verifying compliance with relevant regulations, it reduces review time by half. The platform's advanced capabilities enable consideration of 80% of reference limitations, leading to a more streamlined and efficient document preparation and correction process.

As highlighted by Shamil Askarov, Director of the institution, the integration of digital technologies is proving essential for construction professionals. These tools empower specialists to develop high-quality projects while effectively identifying documentation deficiencies. The implementation of this digital platform is spearheaded by Ruslan Magomedov, Head of the Information and Analytical Department in the regional Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing.
