The comprehensive business program features strategic sessions, panel discussions, and plenary meetings, bringing together representatives from federal and regional authorities, developers, and the scientific community. Key speakers will include officials from the Russian Ministry of Construction, State Duma deputies, heads of relevant associations and prominent industry specialists.
Minister of Construction and Housing of Russia, Irek Fayzullin, emphasizes the significance of such forums in driving industry development by facilitating the exchange of best practices and identifying solutions for modernizing urban infrastructure. Dagestan, a frontrunner in economic growth within the North Caucasian Federal District, actively advances its municipal sector.
Between 2023 and 2025, the republic plans to reconstruct and commission over 30 infrastructure facilities, including water supply, heat supply and gas distribution networks. These projects aim to enhance the quality of life for the local residents and attract investments.
UtiliCon 2025 will serve as a platform to showcase cutting-edge technologies in housing and communal services, foster discussions on energy efficiency, and promote the digitalization of the industry.
