The team of Abuev Agrarian and Economic Technical School "Zaanensky Lug" has won the first place in the final stage of the "Young Rural Entrepreneurs" competition held as part of the "Rural Area Staffing" program organized by the Russian Union of Rural Youth and the Federal Youth Affairs Agency.

The competition final has taken place on April 28 as part of the AGROBRICS INTERNATIONAL EXHIBITION and FORUM in Moscow. The event brought together 200 teams from 44 regions of the Russian Federation, who presented 40 projects in various areas, including agriculture and processing of agricultural products, folk crafts and creativity, rural tourism, trade and services, as well as free management.

As to Dmitry Pekurovsky, the Chairman of the Russian Union of Rural Youth and member of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation, the young people became increasingly enterprising in 2025.

“While in 2023 - 2024, we received 70 startups worth more than RUB 200 million, the beginning of 2025 brought 40 startups with the same investment volume. The individuals aged 18 - 35, including students, young professionals and entrepreneurs are invited to take part in the " Young Rural Entrepreneurs" competition traditionally held in three categories: vocational training organizations, university students and young professionals (rural entrepreneurs).

The AETS team composed of second-year students from the Veterinary Faculty: Mabud Gabibulaev, Islam Sirazhutdinov, Zukhra Abudalaeva and Intisar Al-Shava. They brilliantly presented business project "Organization of a Farm for Breeding Zaanen Goats" developed under the guidance of Firuza Ashurbekova, the deputy head of the Innovation Work Department.
