Renowned French actor Sami Naseri, best known for his role as Daniel Morales in the "Taxi" franchise, has recently arrived in Khasavyurt, Dagestan, to participate in a promotional campaign for a local menswear boutique. According to reports from the Mash telegram channel, Naseri's visit was orchestrated by Shamil Batyrov, the store owner, who reportedly paid the actor a fee of at least RUB 3 million.

During his stay, Naseri explored the city, sampled local cuisine and participated in a photoshoot for the clothing store, modeling a traditional men's bow tie. Batyrov revealed that his friendship with actor Ruslan Dadaev, who co-starred with Naseri in the film "The Immigrant", inspired the collaboration. He further disclosed plans to produce a high-caliber film project abroad featuring international stars.

Naseri, a celebrated actor with accolades including the Best Actor Award at the Locarno International Film Festival (1995) and the Cannes Film Festival's Best Actor Prize for his performance in "Days of Glory" (2006), continues to be a prominent figure in the film industry at the age of 64.
