Dagestan has recently hosted two prestigious national darts tournaments, the "Caspian Cup" and the "Omega Cup", drawing top dart players from across Russia.  Alexander Belov, President of the Russian Darts Federation, commended the exceptional organizational standards and the commendable performance of local athletes.

Furthermore, the establishment of the first specialized darts training center for children and youth in the North Caucasian region in Makhachkala School No. 54 represents a notable achievement. Trainees of the center are projected to make their debut at the Russian championship in 2025.

Hosting these tournaments on the Caspian Sea coastline has not only enhanced Dagestan's standing as a premier sporting destination but has also contributed to a surge in tourism within the region.
