Athletes from Dagestan achieved outstanding results at the North Caucasian Federal District Championship held in “Trud” Stadium in Makhachkala. According to the press service of the regional sports ministry, the event was a remarkable success for Dagestani weightlifters, who won 24 medals, with 10 of them being the gold ones. Notably, Ismail Hajibekov, Ibragim Hajimuradov, Buvaisar Believ, Rakhman Pashayev, Madina Baimuradova and Bakhtum Salikhova stood out as outstanding performers in their respective categories.
