The 26th International Freestyle Wrestling Tournament in memory of Shamil Umakhanov will be held from November 28 to 30 at the Gamid Gamidov Sports Palace. The competition has attracted a diverse international field, with confirmed participation from athletes representing nine countries: Russia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Moldova, Tunisia, Canada, Georgia, Uzbekistan and Hungary. Over the course of three days, wrestlers will compete for medals across ten weight categories, upholding the tournament's esteemed legacy as a premier event on the international wrestling calendar.
