The All-Russian Swimcup, a competitive open water swimming event, has recently been held in the picturesque Sulak Canyon. Sixty-three swimmers from various regions of Russia participated in the competition.  

Organized by the Professional Swimming League NGO, in collaboration with the Federation of Swimming of the Republic of Dagestan and supported by the regional Ministry of Sports, RusHydro's Dagestan branch and Kazbekovsky district administration, the Swimcup showcased exceptional athleticism. Azat Akhmetov emerged victorious in the men's 3000-meter swim, securing the top position. Yuri Bykovsky and Ilya Belov claimed second and third place respectively.

In the women's category, Anastasia Mordasova demonstrated outstanding performance, achieving first place. Anastasia Grishaeva secured the runner-up position, while Polina Lukina finished third.
