45.2km of roads repaired in Dagestan as part of national project

As part of the nationwide project "Safe and High-Quality Roads" implemented in the Republic of Dagestan, a significant amount of road infrastructure has been renovated in 2024. Specifically, 45.2 kilometers of roads were brought up to modern standards.

To enhance the safety of regional roads, two automated stations for monitoring vehicle weight and dimensions were constructed in Karabudakhkent and Kizilyurt municipal districts.

Renovations were executed on five major highways within the regional network, encompassing sections of Khasavyurt — Novolakskoye, Levashi — Akusha — Urkarakh — Majalis — Mamedkala, Buynaksk — Gimry — Chirkata, Babayurt — Grebenskaya and Manas — Sergokala — Pervomayskoye routes.

These improvements in road infrastructure will contribute to the overall quality of transportation and foster socio-economic growth in the areas.
