Approx. 800 thousand tourists visited Dagestan in six months of 2023

According to the republican Ministry of Tourism, the tourist inflow to the region has increased by almost 10% since the beginning of the year. As to the Ministry official the average occupancy of accommodation facilities is 80% for the present time. In total 90 classified accommodation facilities and 17 sanatorium-resort establishments operate in the republic.
