MAKHACHKALA, March 18 – RIA Dagestan. According to RBC Kavkaz, citing a study by the DomClick service, the cost per square meter on Dagestan's secondary real estate market increased by approximately 6% between February 2025 and February 2026. The average price per square meter in the republic as of February was reported at RUB 89,800.
For comparative context, in Stavropol Krai prices rose by approximately 6.6% over the same period, reaching RUB 100,400 per square meter.
Among Russian regions, the highest annual growth rates were recorded in Moscow Oblast (+17.1%), Nizhny Novgorod Oblast (+16%) and Udmurtia (+13%). Across Russia as a whole, the price per square meter increased by approximately 0.9% in February, with a national average of RUB 186,500. According to the cited data, prices for secondary housing have been rising in the country for the tenth consecutive month.
