The corresponding agreement has been signed by the Acting Head of Dagestan Sergey Melikov and the director general of the Hevel group of companies Igor Shakhrai. The first solar power plant with capacity 15 MW will appear this summer in the town of Yuzhno-Sukhokumsk. The facility is planned to be commissioned in the second quarter of 2022.
