Makhachkala, August 27, 2015. The Minister for Construction, Architecture and Housing RD Ibragim Kazibekov and the head of Dagestan Capital Repairs Fund Magomed Aliyev have participated in the HCS-2015 Forum held for the regions of the North Caucasian Federal District.
According to the head of the Construction Ministry RD, the Forum participants discussed a wide range of issues related to the housing management, overhaul of common property around apartment buildings, the resettlement of people from shabby housing, the public-private partnerships, the long-term tariff regulation and the implementation of the federal project "School literate consumer".
The HCS-2015 Forum kicked off on August 27 in the city of Nalchik, Kabardino-Balkaria.
Noteworthy, the previous HCS-2015 Forum had already passed in the Siberian, Volga, North-Western and Southern Federal Districts.
