A RUB 250 million boutique hotel project is underway in Khuchni village, Tabasaranski municipal district of Dagestan. Scheduled to open in November 2025, the KAMELIA Boutique Hotel will comprise three stories and offer 27 rooms.
The Ministry of Tourism and Folk Arts of Dagestan has confirmed the investment project. Financing includes a RUB 100 million loan from SME bank, with the total project cost estimated at RUB 250 million. The investor has requested additional funds to acquire necessary machinery and equipment for the hotel's construction.
