KARABUDAKHKENTSKY DISTRICT, March 5 – RIA "Dagestan". Head of Dagestan's Ministry of Natural Resources Ratmir Rasulov, accompanied by Vitaly Martsinkevich, Deputy of Volga Interregional Environmental Prosecutor's Office, inspected construction progress at Karabudakhkentsky waste sorting complex during the prosecutor's working visit to the region.
Construction and installation work on the facility's main buildings and structures is nearing completion. With a designed capacity of 500,000 tons of waste per year, the complex will enable Dagestan to fully transition to a modern municipal solid waste management system. The supervisory agency representative commended the pace of construction, the facility's current readiness level and the installation of technological equipment.
