Makhachkala and Magnitogorsk topped the rating list of Russia’s cities by the growth in prices for secondary housing. As of October 2023, a square meter in the secondary housing market in Russia rose in price by 4.2%, up to 107.3 thousand rubles, the analytical center "World of apartments" reports, specifying that for the year a square meter in the "secondary" rose in price by an average of 12%. The cost of a square meter on the secondary housing market increased most noticeably in Makhachkala (+14.9%) and Magnitogorsk (+14.7%).
