Number of Settlements with Apartment Buildings Under Construction Grows in Dagestan

MAKHACHKALA, August 12 – RIA "Dagestan". As of July 1, 2026, the number of settlements in Dagestan with ongoing multi-apartment construction has risen to 12, reflecting a two-point increase during the second quarter. This growth propelled the republic five places up the national ranking to 21st position for settlements with active residential development sites.

According to the Unified Resource of Developers of the Russian Federation, total housing under construction in the region now stands at 1.5 million square meters. Moscow Region leads the national list with 111 settlements, followed by Crimea with 48 and Leningrad Region with 41.
