Railroad freight transportation volumes increases in Dagestan

For 10 months of 2023 the railroad freight transportation volume has increased in Dagestan. The cargo turnover amounted to 1.1 million tons, which is 5.8% more than in January-October of 2022. For ten months of 2023 the regional railroaders loaded:
construction cargo - 791.9 thousand tons (1.3% less than in January-October last year);

-milling products - 117.6 thousand tons (almost 1.8 times more);
-oil and oil products - 102.8 thousand tons (- 2.7%);
-industrial consumer goods - over 44 thousand tons (-7.4%);
-ferrous metal scrap - 22.3 thousand tons (2.4 times more);
-grain - 20.5 thousand tons (6.7 times more).
