MAKHACHKALA, September 4 – RIA "Dagestan". A shortage of qualified specialists has pushed skilled trades to the top of Russia's salary rankings, with turners leading the list at an average of RUB 243,000 per month, according to Avito Jobs.
Gas cutters ranked second with average offers of RUB 231,500, driven by demand in construction and industry. Electricians took third place at RUB 220,000 per month, remaining essential in construction and industrial sectors.
The rankings cover job offers from June to August 2026.
