Dagestan sturgeon farming sector has demonstrated remarkable growth, producing 922 tons in the first nine months of 2025. According to the Republican Fisheries Committee, this figure has already surpassed the total annual production for 2024 (780.2 tons). Of the current harvest, 114 tons have already been sold.
