MAKHACHKALA, April 21 – RIA Dagestan. Alimurad Alimuradov, Director of Tabasaran Theater, participated in the Baltic Cultural Forum held in Svetlogorsk. The forum was organized by the Union of Theatre Workers of Russia in collaboration with the Vakhtangov Festival of Theatre Managers. The event brought together leaders of Russia's leading theaters, theater managers, and industry experts to discuss strategic directions for the development of theatrical arts.
The strategic session opened with a plenary meeting attended by high-level officials, including Vladimir Medinsky, Aide to the President of the Russian Federation.
Discussions focused on current challenges and future prospects for Russian theater. The event formed part of a broader initiative by the Union of Theatre Workers to develop a Concept for the Advancement of Theatrical Art in Russia through 2035. To this end, the organization is conducting a series of forums across all federal districts and historical territories of the country.
