The Republic of Dagestan and Omsk region have formally established a partnership for multifaceted collaboration. Heads of both regions, Sergei Melikov and Vitaly Khotsenko have signed the document that paves the way for collaborative initiatives across a broad spectrum of fields, encompassing trade, economics, culture, humanitarian aid, science and technology.
