MINERALNYE VODY, April 30 – RIA "Dagestan." Sergei Melikov, Head of Dagestan and Gazprom Mezhregiongaz CEO Sergei Gustov have discussed gas infrastructure expansion issues at the Caucasus Investment Forum.
As reported, over the past five years, 15 settlements in Khunzakh and Gunib municipal districts gained gas connections. Infrastructure now supplies over 30 boiler houses.
Between 2026 and 2030, nearly 170 villages will be gasified, connecting more than 29,000 households and 30 boiler facilities. Sixteen gas distribution stations will undergo upgrades. Under the "last-mile" program, 15,000 applications led to 14,700 contracts and 7,400 home connections, with Special Military Operation participants prioritized.
