MAKHACHKALA, October 20 – RIA "Dagestan". Acting on the directive of Acting Chairman of the Government of Dagestan Magomed Ramazanov, the republican Acting Minister of Natural Resources and Ecology Ratmir Rasulov, accompanied by Deputy Minister Saniyat Bilalova, undertook an official working visit to the Samara Region.
During the trip, Dagestani delegation held bilateral consultations with Samara Region Governor Vyacheslav Fedorishchev. The agenda centered on the strategic development of modern infrastructure for municipal solid waste processing and disposal.
Furthermore, the parties engaged in a comprehensive exchange of regional best practices and operational frameworks in waste management, identifying actionable methodologies and technological solutions that could be adapted to optimize Dagestan’s ecological and sanitary infrastructure.
