MAKHACHKALA, February 24 – RIA "Dagestan". According to an RIA Novosti analysis, the Republic of Dagestan improved its position in the Russian regional quality of life ranking for 2025. The republic's composite score rose from 47.6 in 2024 to 49.7 in 2025, placing it 68th among Russia's regions.
Moscow secured the top position in the ranking, followed by St. Petersburg and Moscow Oblast. The lowest positions were occupied by Tuva, Ingushetia and the Jewish Autonomous Oblast.
