MOSCOW, October 12 – RIA "Dagestan". Acting Head of Dagestan Fyodor Shchukin held a strategic working meeting with Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin to discuss the implementation of "Moscow Electronic School" (MES) digital education platform in Dagestan and the reinforcement of interregional cultural and economic ties.
Shchukin characterized the initiative as a vital opportunity for the republic to leverage Moscow’s status as an undisputed leader in digital governance and educational innovation. He emphasized that while Dagestan intends to adopt best practices from the capital, these solutions will be carefully adapted to local realities.
Expressing gratitude for Sobyanin’s willingness to collaborate, Shchukin acknowledged the substantial workload ahead but reaffirmed his commitment to applying the most effective elements of Moscow’s experience for the benefit of Dagestani residents.
