MAKHACHKALA, June 5 – RIA Dagestan. Shamil Ramazanov, Acting Minister of Agriculture and Food of Dagestan, led a session of the Operational Headquarters for the Development of the Republic's Agro-Industrial Complex. The meeting, held by video link, brought together relevant deputy heads of district administrations and agricultural department chiefs to discuss pressing matters facing the industry.
The agenda covered a detailed review of priority activities: spring sowing progress, engagement of agricultural enterprises in selecting 2027 irrigation projects, anti-locust actions, finalization of irrigation water supply agreements, fire safety enforcement during the special regime and the logistics of moving livestock to summer pastures.
