MAKHACHKALA, August 18 – RIA Dagestan. The Rosreestr Directorate across the Republic of Dagestan (the Federal Agency for Real Estate Cadastre) has reviewed the development of the agency's electronic services. As of July, the share of electronic applications for state mortgage registration submitted through credit organizations reached 98.18%.
According to the agency, submitting documents electronically allows for the fastest possible processing—eliminating wait times, paperwork, and the need to visit the agency or a multifunctional center in person.
"The electronic format provides applicants with a range of advantages: it saves time, eliminates the need for in-person visits, reduces processing times, minimizes errors, and ensures security.
The bank compiles the document package and converts it into an electronic format using an enhanced qualified electronic signature. The application and supporting documents are then sent directly to Rosreestr from the credit institution, meaning the applicant is not required to visit an MFC in person. The final document—an extract from the Unified State Register of Real Estate confirming the mortgage registration—is also issued electronically” - the Directorate officer added.
