MAKHACHKALA, October 5 – RIA "Dagestan". At a recent meeting on current financial and economic indicators, Zaur Imranov, Acting Minister of Finance of Dagestan, presented a report on the dynamics of republican budget expenditure execution.
As of October 1, the execution rate for public procurement and capital investments reached 41%, up from 38.6% the previous week, representing a weekly increase of RUB 1.5 billion. Across all executive bodies, total budget execution stood at RUB 153.7 billion, or 61.2% of the RUB 251.1 billion annual plan, while contracted budget obligations reached 86.9% of the revised target.
At the municipal level, local budget execution between September 21 and 28 grew by 3.9%, adding RUB 568.1 million and bringing the overall municipal execution rate to 46%. Concluding the report, Imranov stressed the necessity of accelerating actual cash disbursements, particularly within underperforming government agencies and municipal districts.
