MAKHACHKALA, August 15 – RIA Dagestan. Acting Head of the Republic of Dagestan Fedor Shchukin conducted personal interviews with ten participants of the "Team Dagestan" personnel project, resulting in immediate job offers for four candidates.
Among those selected are a prospective Deputy Public Health Minister and another promising manager, reflecting healthcare’s status as the most sought-after sector among applicants. Two additional candidates are slated for roles in the Ministry of Education and Science pending further evaluation.
Shchukin highlighted the significance of experienced professionals returning from other regions as a conscious choice to contribute to the development of region. He praised the participants’ high level of preparation and solution-oriented mindset, noting that even unsuccessful candidates remain under consideration for future opportunities.
Emphasizing a reformed selection process free from bureaucratic filters or corruption, he urged all qualified specialists to apply based solely on merit and dedication to their homeland.
