MAKHACHKALA, July 7 – RIA "Dagestan". Acting Head of Dagestan Fyodor Shchukin and representatives of the Romex company have discussed the development of a major modern logistics park in the republic.
The proposed project entails an investment of approximately RUB 14 billion to build a multi-hectare warehouse complex for subsequent leasing. This initiative follows Romex's highly successful previous work in Dagestan, where the company quickly erected a 127,000-square-meter warehouse for the Ozon marketplace, delivering substantial economic benefits including job creation and increased budget revenues.
"I am confident that the new project will be the next step in our cooperation. Both we and the Romex representatives are interested in its implementation. The republic will make every effort to speed up the work and avoid bureaucratic delays. I thank Romex for its trust in Dagestan. When business returns with new projects, that is the best assessment of our work" - Shchukin stated commenting on the partnership prospects.
