City Mayor Dzhambulat Salavov announced that every component of a new residential complex must adhere to strict norms ensuring resident safety and comfort.
Commissioning will be withheld unless developers deliver a fully landscaped courtyard with safe, modern surfacing, high-quality facade cladding, fully operational elevators and well-designed entrance areas that guarantee unimpeded access for everyone.
The city authorities urge developers to treat these elements as a top priority at every phase, from the initial design through to the end of construction. Meeting the new standards will be essential for clearing inspections and bringing buildings into operation on time.
