MAKHACHKALA, April 1 – RIA Dagestan. A new digital initiative titled "Services of Dagestan" has been launched within the MAX messenger, offering residents a unified navigator for accessing the republic's official chatbots and government digital services.
Developed by specialists of the regional Digital Development Ministry, the mini-application consolidates all official digital assistants of the republic into a single, easily accessible platform. The tool is designed to streamline interactions between citizens and government agencies through modern messaging technology.
Residents no longer need to search separately for contact information or official channels of various state institutions. The application aggregates verified chatbots covering a wide spectrum of everyday needs—from submitting inquiries to municipal services to accessing informational support on social benefits, documentation procedures, and public programs.
Thanks to its intuitive interface, users can quickly locate the required service and receive timely responses to their questions without navigating multiple websites or phone directories. The mini-application represents a significant step toward enhancing digital accessibility and improving the efficiency of public service delivery across Dagestan.
