MAKHACHKALA, April 2 – RIA Dagestan. Speaking at a strategic session on land and property complex management, Atash Atashev, Director of Dagtekkadastr (State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Dagestan "Dagestan Bureau for Technical Inventory and Cadastral Assessment"), described state cadastral assessment as a critical tool for establishing the tax base and advancing the real estate market.
In 2026, assessments are planned for more than one million land plots. Atashev emphasized that inaccurate data in the Unified State Register of Real Estate (EGRN) can significantly distort property valuations. Therefore, the agency's objectives are to ensure fair assessments, bring cadastral value as close as possible to market value, reduce the number of disputes, and fully identify the tax base.
