MAKHACHKALA, April 7 – RIA Dagestan. President V.Putin has ordered a government commission to address Dagestan's spring flood aftermath after reviewing situation reports. The commission will include federal and regional representatives and an official from the Presidential Envoy's office. "Prompt assistance to affected citizens" must be the single guiding objective” - Putin said.
