Pilot projects for creating unified management centers for apartment buildings will be implemented in Kaspiysk and Izberbash. The decision was made during a working meeting between the prime minister of Dagestan Abdulmuslim Abdulmuslimov and the head of the regional State Housing Inspection Arsen Gadzhiyev.
As to Gadzhiyev, the idea to create 24/7 Unified Management Centers for apartment buildings aims at improving the efficiency of housing stock operation and introducing digital platforms in the utility sector. "In Kaspiysk, the pilot project is planned to be implemented jointly with the city's Unified Settlement Center. A premise has already been prepared to house a unified emergency dispatch service for all management companies" – the official says.
Currently, 95% of management organizations limit themselves to creating WhatsApp groups for emergency maintenance, which does not meet licensing requirements. The new system provides for comprehensive automation of the emergency dispatch service's work, including displaying up-to-date information on buildings, promptly notifying residents, monitoring request fulfillment online and accepting requests through the "Gosuslugi.Dom" mobile app.
It is planned that the project will be tested in Kaspiysk by the end of the year, while in Izberbash, a municipal unitary enterprise with the necessary material and technical base will be established by the end of the year. The Chairman of the Government of Dagestan supported the initiative, noting its importance for ensuring quality feedback from the population.
