MAKHACHKALA, November 3 – RIA Dagestan. The All-Russian student gathering for those enrolled in secondary vocational education (SVE) programs under the "Tvoy Khod" (Your Move) project has begun in Makhachkala.
The program is scheduled for several days and includes both educational and cultural components. The central focus is on shaping the image of the modern SVE student: participants will discuss what a college or technical school student can be proud of and what values are important to promote in society.
Kamil Saidov, the Acting Youth Affairs Minister of Dagestan addressed the participants with a welcome speech, calling the initiative a genuine opportunity to gain additional competencies for successful self-realization.
"We see that in recent years, the number of SVE students in our republic has increased threefold. It is them who develop the economy and go straight into the workforce. Such events give a chance to realize your potential even better, find new knowledge, friends and your path in life" – the top official confessed.
The students’ gathering is held with support of the regional Youth Affairs Ministry within the framework of the All-Russian student project "Tvoy Khod" and the "Youth and Children" national project.
