MAKHACHKALA, March 20 – RIA Dagestan. According to data from Avito Travel, Dagestan ranks among the top 15 regions in the Russian Federation for daily accommodation bookings in April 2026. The region offers some of the most affordable lodging options within this group, with the average cost for booking a daily apartment rental at RUB 3,000 — the lowest among the 15 leading regions, compared to RUB 3,700 in Kalmykia and Stavropol Krai.
The average nightly rate for renting a house in Dagestan is RUB 5,800, with only Astrakhan Oblast having lower rates in this category at RUB 3,600. Interest in countryside accommodations in the republic has increased by 77% compared to April of the previous year, marking the highest growth rate among popular tourist destinations analyzed. Based on the number of booked daily apartments, the most frequently selected destinations for April travel are St. Petersburg and Leningrad Oblast, Krasnodar Krai, Moscow and Moscow Oblast, Stavropol Krai and Murmansk Oblast.
