MAKHACHKALA, February 20 – RIA "Dagestan". The Ministry of Economic and Territorial Development of the Republic of Dagestan has launched a competitive selection process for the Presidential Program for Training Management Personnel, with applications accepted until April 20, 2026.
Selected candidates will undergo advanced training at Russia's top educational institutions and participate in international exchange programs. Graduates of previous program cycles may also apply for internships in China, Vietnam, Turkey and Egypt.
Applicants must be under 50 years old, possess a higher education degree, and have a minimum of five years of professional experience—including at least two years in management positions—along with a proven record of implementing organizational or business development projects.
The application process requires registration in the Automated Information System (AIS), completion of an electronic questionnaire and submission of supporting materials: an employer's recommendation letter, a project development concept, copies of diploma and passport, employment history documentation, a tripartite agreement, a motivational essay and a project presentation.
