Dagestan showcases lowest rates in terms of mortgage affordability

A recent rating of Russian regions by mortgage affordability, compiled by RIA Novosti, places the Republic of Dagestan near the bottom of the list. With an average monthly mortgage payment of approximately RUB 74,000, housing loans are financially feasible for a mere 3.7% of families in the region. Only Crimea and Sevastopol demonstrated lower affordability rates.
