MAKHACHKALA, August 11 – RIA "Dagestan". Saida Magomedova, a Russian language and literature teacher at Dagestan Physics and Mathematics Boarding Lyceum, has been named a winner in the "Leaders" track of the "Constellation of Education Flagships" competition.
Organized by the presidential platform "Russia – Land of Opportunities," this initiative unites top educators to conduct workshops on management, mentorship and digital technologies. This season introduced distinct "Experts" and "Leaders" tracks to better address systemic needs, with leaders focusing on regional community development and project implementation.
Magomedova was selected from over 4,000 applicants through a rigorous process involving assignments, competency assessments, and interviews. As one of 100 winners from 53 regions, she joins a cohort tasked with disseminating successful educational models and supporting state initiatives. Magomedova emphasized the program's value in facilitating the exchange of ideas and the discovery of innovative pedagogical tools.
The "Flagships of Education" project operates within the framework of the national "Youth and Children" initiative, supported by Rosmolodezh, with the aim of strengthening professional communities throughout the nation.
