MAKHACHKALA, August 7 – RIA "Dagestan". As part of Caspian Sea Action Week 2026, Dagestan will lead the "Clean Caspian – Shared Responsibility" environmental initiative on August 8, organizing simultaneous coastal cleanups involving volunteers from four Caspian nations.
The campaign is conducted under the International DOBRO Association and UN framework by Rosmolodezh, Dobro.rf, Dagestan Youth Affairs Ministry and Astrakhan Region, with local activities spanning Makhachkala, Kaspiysk, Derbent and other municipalities.
Participants from diverse sectors may register online and will be provided with cleanup equipment, official volunteer hours and electronic participation certificates.
